I LOST 40 POUNDS IN FIVE MONTHS. It didn't cost me a cent, in fact, it saved me money because I wasn't buying expensive pre-packaged dinners and junk food. And, I didn't take any kind of drugs, over-the-counter or prescription.

You can do it too!

It's basically a matter of having a strong self-image, and living up to it. My brother explained this concept to me and, here on this page, I'm going to try to explain it to you. I'll then take you step-by-step through my own personal routine.

I'm very sorry that it has been so long since this page was updated. I was working twelve hour days and just couldn't seem to get up the energy to do much of anything, even exercise. I hope all of you will join me in turning over a new leaf. Let's get back to our healthy lifestyle and start feeling better again!
